Charles Hicks won a pair of European Athletics Under-23 cross country titles representing Great Britain during his Stanford career.

Hicks, 21, wasted little time making an impact as a professional athlete representing Nike Bowerman Track Club, helping Great Britain earn both gold and bronze medals in the men’s 5,000-meter final Friday at the European Athletics U23 Championships at Leppavaara Stadium in Espoo, Finland.
